By using this website and placing an order with PoreVision, you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy and our Returns and refunds policy.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may cancel and fully refund any order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred.

What PoreVision is

PoreVision is a cosmetic viewing tool that uses 365nm UV light and a magnifying lens to show your skin's surface, leftover makeup and sunscreen coverage. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not measure SPF.

Safe use

Use PoreVision only as described in the product instructions. Never shine the light into anyone's eyes. To look at your own face, wear UV400 glasses (not included); if someone else is checking your skin, keep your eyes closed. Use short passes only. Not for use by or on children. Keep out of reach of children.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times are estimates (7–12 business days after shipping). Returns are handled as described in our Returns and refunds policy.

Product information

We try to show products accurately. Results under UV light vary with skin, products used and lighting conditions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PoreVision is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website, or from use that does not follow the safety instructions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
