Where we ship: Canada and the United States.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from our supplier's overseas warehouse.

Delivery time: 7–12 business days after shipping. That is an estimate, not a guarantee; customs and carriers can add time. We would rather tell you the real number than a fast one.

Cost: Shipping is free on every order.

Tracking: You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show movement.

Duties and taxes: Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If you are ever asked to pay an import fee on delivery, contact us before paying.

Lost orders: If your order hasn't arrived 30 business days after it shipped, contact us at porevisionca@gmail.com and we'll reship or refund it.
